Introduction

Face Of Encouragement RSA was started by Moeketsi Modisane and Kgotso Nong in the year 2018 to bring South African Provinces through modelling. Face Of Encouragement RSA is under Home Of Deprived and Encouragement NPC. The team Encouragement represents our company and RSA represents our Nation. We strictly focus on young people from disadvantaged backgrounds mostly from rural areas and townships. The concept of modelling has been changed over the years, to be a model you should have a certain height, body size and walk. Face of Encouragement RSA pageants have different approach in the pageant industry. We give opportunities to any young person who has a desire to lead a positive lifestyle away from drugs and alcohol abuse. Whether the model has a child, tattoo, plus size, disabled non of that matters. We are committed in offering young people a family in entertainment industry not restricting based on past mistakes of conditions, understanding the challenges faced by young people, how they end up getting involved in wrong activities because we are also going and can relate better to such. Face Of Encouragement RSA is more than just a pageant, we engage with our candidates, provide Counseling for those who have issues at home .Over the years, young people especially in South Africa have developed suicide tendencies because of family problems. It is important that we become a family with our models so they can easily communicate with us when theirs issues.
Face Of Encouragement RSA pageants, doesn't not interfere with the education. We after school project. We have discovered that young people need to always keep busy, having so much time in their hands lead to ending up engaging on risk behaviour. We hold our rehearsals every Saturday's. Each participating province in South Africa has trainers who develops a very close relationship with the models to be able to also identify certain challenges faced by our models at school and also at home. We focus on un-experienced  models, teach them basics on walk, routine, elegance and posture. We build them from scratch to be the best models and have a perfect walk. We also teach our models how to be confidant not only on stage however on their everyday lives. This year we have about 80% of 1st time models, this is what we pride ourselves with, because most young people get involved in modelling witnessing the fruit if being part of the HDE family.
